Hosted a public debate  that discussed whether the government should have the authority to mandate vaccines.

Dr. Swapan is an Assistant Professor of Chemistry and Biochemistry at Bard College.  

Dr. Bottaro is an Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Rochester School of Medicine in Rochester, NY
